A Portuguese OAP is thought to have suffocated during a sex act. The woman was found naked from the waist down on her bed, next to a sex toy.
Her neighbour was arrested after DNA evidence gather at the scene identified him.
He was released on bail after a judge was told autopsy results showed the woman had died from asphyxia. It is thought the woman and her neighbour were engaged in a sex act that went wrong.
Another neighbour described the woman as very attractive and said that the man in question often went round her house to complete odd jobs. Police say there was no sign of forced entry and nothing had been taken from the house.
The woman lived in Aveiro, about 50 miles south of the Porto, Portugal. According to the national Portuguese paper, Jornal de Noticias, the death is being treated as a tragic accident.
