12 Year Old Brandishing a Gun Robs Lemonade Stand

We’ve never heard of this type of robbery before!

Police in Johnstown, Pennsylvania have said that a young boy allegedly robbed a lemonade stand last Monday.

Johnstown Sgt. Patrick Goggin said that the boy was brandishing a BB gun at the time and threatened the group saying that he would shoot the them if they didn’t hand over their hard-earned money.

A fight ensued between the boys and according to the police the 12 year old managed to get away with a money box containing $30.

The robber was then chased home by the lemonade stand workers and they then helped with the police to track him down.

The boy’s name has not been released the preteen is expected to face charges in a juvenile court though the outcome of the trial will more than likely remain completely confidential.
