Her.ie girls Amy and Patricia have been following the Weight Watchers programme for the past five weeks and, if you’ve been reading their blogs, you’ll know that the girls are doing absolutely great!
During that time the girls have been keeping us up to speed with their weight loss journey on the website. They’ve been talking about the importance of tracking, getting a bit of exercise and, most importantly, really enjoying their food.
We decided that it was about time we gave you a behind-the-scenes look at just what exactly happens at a Weight Watchers meeting so we followed Amy and Patricia as they went to their latest weigh-in.
