Jennifer Garner reveals her quick breakfast snack for staying in shape

Jennifer Garner alongside many other A-list celebs are well-known to be major fans of a liquid breakfast and I don’t mean prosecco and G&T’s, no no, I mean a healthy, nutritious smoothie.

And as the 45-year-old prepares for her latest role in upcoming action flick, Peppermint – the star shared her quick and simple smoothie recipe that she is living on these days to keep in shape for her new film.

A smoothie created just for her by celeb nutritionist Kelly LeVeque (the same woman who created Jessica Alba’s signature smoothie) and look, if it’s good enough for them, it’s are good enough for us.

The smoothie follows LeVeque’s “Fab Four” rule, which means having enough protein, fat, fiber and greens in one drink to keep you full for hours.

Here are the ingredients:

  • 2 scoops protein (whichever one you use)
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 ½ cups unsweetened almond milk
  • Handful fresh spinach
  • Small handful ice
  • Small handful blueberries

Blend and serve.
