It Turns Out Mobile Phones and Wi-Fi Don’t Cause Cancer According to a New Study

In the past, wireless devices were said to be responsible for causing cancer but researchers have found that they do not pose dangers to our health.

Mobile phones and wi-fi were long believed be a cause of cancer but new research has shown that this is not the case.

Previous studies found that low-level electromagnetic field exposure from mobiles and other transmitting devices caused harmful damage to tissue, effected male fertility and cancer.

But according to The Telegraph, the new study, which assessed the health risks generated by wireless devices, found that they pose no threat to our health.

The Norwegian researchers analysed the health of people who have used mobile devices for up to 20 years and found that the devices did not damage their well-being or alter their risk of cancer.

Although the study suggests that mobile phones and wi-fi do not cause electro-hypersensitivity, which causes symptoms such as headache, fatigue, stress, sleep disturbances, skin problems and aching muscles. However, they said that people are not imagining the symptoms.

Wi-fi is no longer thought to be a cause of cancer

“We have no grounds to say that the symptoms are imaginary. But a large number of studies suggest that these symptoms must have other causes than the physical effects of low-level electromagnetic fields around mobile phones, wireless transmitters and other wireless equipment.

“Research provides no evidence to support that interventions help, such as reducing the use of mobile phones or wireless networks.

“Our opinion is that patients with these health problems must be taken seriously by the health service and should be treated as other patients.

“There is a need for greater expertise in the health service for this group of patients.”

Our mothers always told us we spend too much time on “that phone.” Despite the research, do you think we should still be wary?
