The cake contains a coconut base flecked with sultanas, apricot and cranberries, topped with glossy plain chocolate and sprinkled with raspberry and pistachio crumb.
Also added to their growing vegan menu includes Maple & Coconut Granola, Raspberry Coconut & Seed Mix and a Mixed Berry Compote. Divine.
