Matcha and turmeric tea have become incredibly popular over the last few months and as someone who hopped on the trend, I can understand why. Not only are these teas delicious but they're actually great for your gut health and immune system, especially coming into winter. With Ireland's current 5km travel limit, it means that a lot of us can't get to our favourite cafes that serve gorgeous matcha teas and lattes - but don't worry because Barry's have come out with a new range of teas that bring the café experience to you. The new Barry’s Tea Natural Infusions range is made of 100 percent natural ingredients and includes flavours: Matcha, Turmeric, Purity and Night Time. "We've created these teas for our tea drinkers to make the most out of every moment in the day," says Barry's Denis Daly. "Each infusion has been carefully crafted to bring a new cup of wellness to your tea drinking occasions. We’ve worked hard to select only the finest and all-natural botanical ingredients to create the perfect infusions, and we really hope you get a chance to enjoy them." I absolutely love matcha and turmeric so I'll definitely be picking these up on my next shop. If it's either of those lattes in particular you're missing you can still have those too by mixing the tea (I'd make it quite strong with only a small bit of hot water) with hot or steamed milk at home.
