Of the upcoming launch, chef Nico Simeone reveals:
"We are very proud to bring our unforgettable culinary experience to Dublin. Customers have dined at our restaurants from Edinburgh to London to try each of our menus since our first Six by Nico opened in Glasgow in 2017. Dublin is a city known for its vibrant food and drink scene, and we are looking forward to welcoming customers very soon”.
Simeone explains that Six by Nico Dublin will be as eye-catching as it is delicious and that the new premises will introduce a pioneering revolving culinary hub, as he and his team reinvent the wheel every six weeks, delivering a fresh new six-course tasting menu – each one focused on a different place, memory, or idea.
Drawing inspiration from both at home and abroad, such as the street markets of the Middle East to a journey across Route 66 in America, Nico and his team will combine different ingredients, flavours, and dishes, to bring memories and stories creating a brand-new dining experience every six weeks.
