A Hello Kitty bar and café is opening this week and OMG, the glamour

This Friday, September 14, the world's first permanent Hello Kitty bar and café will open its doors in Irvine, California. The café is set to be separated into two sections, both equally glam and both featuring PLENTY of pink fabrics. The left side of the restaurant will be full of sweet treats in an on-the-go style setting. Think sugar doughnuts, cinnamon treats, iced cookies and mini kitty cakes. On the other hand, the right side of the restaurant, the "Bow Room", will be an exclusive, reservations-only restaurant. Here, the team will be serving up themed afternoon tea as well as Hello Kitty cocktails. Gorge. The afternoon tea will feature a range of moreish goods including buttermilk scones, raspberry macarons, cucumber and dill cream cheese sandwiches on milk bread, smoked salmon on pretzel croissants, pesto tarts and more. This will be the world's first Hello Kitty bar and café once it opens with pop-up shops currently in San Diego, San Jose and Rancho Cucamonga. Want a peek inside?
