Ingredients
1 apple (Golden or Gala)
200cl vanilla yoghurt
1 pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
1. Peel the apple and cut into small cubes
2. Add the apple to a blender with yoghurt and cinnamon.
3. Mix until the texture is light and foamy.
4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
The easiest smoothie you will ever make and also one of the best. There's nothing that goes better with apple than cinnamon and that vanilla yoghurt is just the cherry on top. It eases you into spring and summer smoothie-season without fully letting go of winter.
