Why yes, you did read that correctly. There's a rosé MANSION opening next month in New York City, and holy moly we need to go. Apparently, guests of the mansion can “wander the rooms in the mansion while sipping rosé from around the world,” according to the venue's website

“Each room will transport you to a different place and time. Along the way you will learn about the history, science, and economics of this magical beverage.”
