Curry chip pizza is now a thing and we couldn’t be happier about it

If there's one thing we love, it's combining junk foods to make a hybrid, super junk food.

Nothing in the world beats a takeaway of a Sunday evening and we reckon that we've stumbled across what has to be the ultimate Sunday night feast/ hangover cure. Our cousins across the water in the UK are just as keen on a cheeky takeaway as us and some mad geniuses over there have done something extraordinary. The folk at pizza chain Crazy Pedros, who have locations in Manchester and Liverpool, have spliced together the DNA of both British and Italian cuisine to produce (probably) the world’s first curry chip pizza. The crazy concoction, which they're calling a 'chippy tea pizza' has mushy peas, sausages, chips and curry sauce all on top of a regular pizza base. “The idea came from the age-old question when your ‘mam’ asks if you want to go to the chippy for tea,”  Crazy Pedros said. “So we took the best of the old British classic tradition and put it on a pizza!” Sadly, you'll have to go to the UK to sample this divine-sounding invention - or you could just hit the chipper and attempt to make your own at home this evening.
