Well-known restaurateurs Harold Lynch and Beth Haughton have designed and created this new setting, as they wanted to match the needs of the professionals living and working in the Cork city area.
Dockland is making its mark with a signature weekend brunch menu (gimme, gimme, gimme), and will be Cork’s only city centre venue that has a dedicated Bloody Mary menu.
There are six versions of the cocktail available including the signature Beetroot Bloody Mary, which is made with gin, beetroot, dill, and lime.
Speaking on the opening, Beth Haughton said: “Cork is a dynamic city with a young population. We are surrounded by an audience that is much more into their food than ever before, with a passion for eating, drinking and entertaining.
"With Dockland, we are embracing this lifestyle, and are there for every part of your busy day - whether that’s a quick coffee and freshly made pastry to take away in the morning or a leisurely dinner with friends.”
