From the creators of Dine in Dublin, DublinTown Food and Drink Festival 2019 is set to be even bigger and better, bringing foodie and drink experts together, so we, food enthusiasts can dine and devour delicious bites and flavoursome drinks. We trust that the week of mouth-watering delights, from Monday October 14 to Sunday October 20, will be a feast for the senses. It's a week of masterclasses and events that aim to highlight some of our exceptionally talented chefs, restaurateurs, bartenders and baristas of the city, and so for one week only, it's time to awaken the senses with some one-off drink and foodie experiences to suit each and every budget. With a jam-packed schedule of events, here are the experiences you need to get to: Ginspiration: A Gin Cocktail Masterclass at NoLIta It's classy, it's fun and it's gin-infused. The super-talented bar team at NoLIta will be showing attendees how to master the cocktails that impress! Oh, and while you're creating your gin-masterpiece, you'll be served delicious Italian nibbles too. Divine. Two sessions: October 19, 2pm to 4pm.  Tickets cost €20 Veuve Clicquot Champagne Dinner at Café en Seine A bespoke menu delivering a four-course champagne dinner from executive chef Stephen Gibson and one of the world's most prestigious champagne brands, all inside the suave yet relaxing Café en Seine. What's not to love? On Sunday, October 20 Tickets cost €55 Authentic Chinese Tasting Dinner with M&L Chinese at The Vintage Teapot As traditional as it comes. M&L Chinese Restaurant (on Cathedral Street) has something superb in the works, especially for those who adore their Chinese food. Dine in the gorgeous Oriental Drawing Room upstairs at The Vintage Teapot (opposite M&L Chinese Restaurant) and dig into a whole host of dishes, from delectable starters to divine mains. Booking in advance is encouraged. Two sessions: October 16 and 17, 7pm Tickets cost €35 3-course Dinner Storytelling Experience at Bewley's  Irish folklore, legends, music and indeed, the most delicious of foods — we're in for an exciting evening at Bewley's (Grafton Street) 'Good Taste in Stories.' It's one that we suspect will see a cosy and warm atmosphere and of course, it's sure to be entirely delicious. Three sessions: October 17, 18 and 19 at 7pm Tickets cost €40 LA Soul Food and Beer Pairing at Juanitos Scrumptious street food unlike any other and all in the heart of DublinTown's Creative Quarter! Grab a bite from Juanitos LA food truck-inspired choices along with two pints of the Californian Common Ale Shoot the Breeze. We can taste it already! On all week from October 14 to 20, 3pm to 6pm Costs €25 for two people, booking essential Seafood Workshop at Cooks Academy Learn the cooking skills that'll transform your kitchen. This seafood workshop is incredibly informative, helping attendees to learn various cooking styles and techniques, including how to pair various fish with different sauces too. You'll see such a huge development of skills and you'll also find there's still time to be a top-notch chef! Takes place on October 19 Costs €185 Sushi and Craft Beer Pairing at Yamamori Tengu Oh, how we love this spot. Prepare for an exquisite sushi and craft beer pairing with Yamamori head chef Marcus Davies and the Porterhouse Brewery. With this Irish seafood, sushi demo expect unrivalled quality and perfectly matched beers to go with freshly cut sashimi and Nigiri. Takes place on October 17, 6.30pm Tickets cost €37.50 Irish Coffee Making Masterclass with Cheesecake at The Oak As a nation of coffee drinkers, we suspect this master Irish Coffee class will be hugely popular. Along with learning all about the origins of coffee and having a few fun facts thrown in there too, there's set to be an in-house whiskey expert (hurrah!) and you can nab yourselves some delicious signature cheesecake too.
