Enter sheet pan pancakes. Like ordinary pancakes, but literally, as it says on the tin, just poured into a sheet pan and baked in the oven.
No flipping and mess involved whatsoever.
And the best bit? These are so easy to customise, you can even make four different pancake flavours in one sheet pan – and by doing so, cater for everyone’s taste.

The idea is that instead of cooking your pancakes one by one on the pan, you literally pour the batter into a sheet pan instead, and cook it in one big swoop in the oven – saving you tons of time and effort, of course.
And just to be clear – the flavour combinations are literally just down to your imagination – berries, nuts, bananas, coconut shreddings, it would all work fantastically well.
But then again, why not try some savoury pancakes options too? You could use a less sweet batter, and add things like bacon (or vegan bacon if you wish), chorizo, onions – anything you think sounds delicious is probably just that when served up in pancake form!
