Is it time for the weekend yet?... It's only Monday? Oh, OK.

Listen lads, we're in for a harsh few days, but it won't be long until we can snooze in until 12 and enjoy a weekend brunch. And we have just found the perfect thing for it. Say hello to your new BFF, gin and tonic jam. Yep, Firebox in the UK have created this gorgeous spread and the website description makes it sound even more glorious. "We'd like to propose a toast... smothered with Spreadable Gin," it reads. "No longer confined to a cut glass tumbler mixed up with tonic water; our booze-infused preserve (!) is one seriously versatile gourmet ingredient – spread it, drink it, bake with it, or gobble it straight out of the jar." How GOOD does this sound? The Spreadable Gin, as they like to call it, is €11.39, but unfortunately the company don't deliver to Ireland *sobs*. However, Firebox knows how much we want it and said: "We are doing everything in our power to improve this so in the meantime please take advantage of those products we DO ship to your fine, upstanding nation."
