Those of us who grew up in the 80s with a dad who had newly discovered a love of video recording know that there are few things on this earth more embarrassing than family videos.
But, as the years slip by, those videos become less about cringing at yourself, (WHAT were you wearing!), and more about the precious memories captured forever.
Nick Confalone’s father recorded his family coming down the stairs for Christmas every year for 25 years, and the resulting compilation Nick put together is very moving. Making memories, that’s what Christmas is all about.
