The camp kicks off on Sunday, August 11, at The Avon Lakeside Resort in Blessington, Co. Wicklow, and runs for four days until Wednesday, August 14. Starting from next week, you'll be able to book tickets here, where you'll be asked to enter an access code found on the Cadbury Facebook and Twitter announcement posts.
Camp Freddo isn't just about having a fun day out (though that is definitely a big part of it), it's also a chance to raise money for charity. The event helps to raise money for Barnardos Children's Charity, so every single cent from ticket sales goes directly to them.
It's a wonderful way to do that extra bit of good in the world while having a brilliant day out with your little ones.
Make sure to get those tickets booked ASAP because those four days will be sold out before you know it. However, we will have a few family passes to give away over the next few weeks so keep your eyes peeled on the Her site if you want to nab one of those.
Tickets for Camp Freddo include an entire day at the park (from 10am to 4pm) as well as a picnic basket (for that much-needed break!) and a delicious BBQ at the end of the day.
We cannot WAIT for August to get here. Honesty, we cannot wait for this so just imagine how excited the kids will be. It's the perfect way to get the whole family trying out a new experience.
Now we just have to find a way to look like pros at everything in front of the family...
