Britain’s Got Talent mum Amanda Holden introduced the world to her gorgeous daughter Hollie today as they posed for the charity Unicef.

Amanda is supporting the charity’s efforts to help reduce the incidence of newborns suffering tetanus in developing countries.

The actress was pictured with her 10-month-old daughter Hollie, in the hopes of encouraging other moms to post pictures of their children online to raise money for vaccinations to prevent tetanus.

Amanda herself has a history of difficult pregnancies and nearly died when giving birth to Hollie in January when she haemorrhaged and lost 15 pints of blood before she underwent a blood transfusion.

Tetanus threatens the lives over 130 million women and newborns in 33 countries and Unicef’s efforts so far has already eliminated the problem in certain countries such as Uganda and Ghana.

Unicef in association with Pampers, are launching their Picture a Better Future campaign and will donate the cost of a tetanus vaccine for each specially marked pack of nappies and for each baby picture uploaded by parents to the Pampers Facebook page.

“It’s fantastic to see how the efforts of mums everywhere have made a significant difference already, but it is also a reminder that women and babies around the world are still at risk and continue to die needlessly from a disease that can be so easily prevented,” said Amanda.

The actress, who has two children with her husband Chris Hughes revealed in March that she would not be having anymore kids.

“I won’t have any more children, that is it. And this is obviously what I am meant to have.

‘When I said to Chris that I wouldn’t have any more, he replied, “Well you certainly won’t be having any more with me, anyway,” she said.

Her.ie thinks Hollie definitely one of the most adorable babies we’ve seen in a while and we think the campaign is for a great cause.

Will you be buying Pampers to support the elimination of tetanus?
