Not bad at all.

Not bad for a few months work.

This year’s Strictly Come Dancing came to a close last night as Holby City actor Joe McFadden was crowned this year’s winner.

Yes, Joe became the last man standing when the final votes were announced last night, taking home the Glitterball Trophy and a hefty paycheque.

It is being reported that Joe will be paid a generous £100,000 for winning this year’s competition – a lot more than his fellow contestants.

According to reports, all contestants are paid a basic rate of £25,000 for taking part in the show.

The longer you remain in the competition the higher your chances of seeing a rise in that paycheque.

Those who remain in the competition until the end of October see an increase to £40,000.

For those who manage to hang on until the quarterfinals, they see a pay increase of another £20,000, taking their earnings to £60,000.
