2. Gavin & Stacey will threaten to break up before immediately reconciling
That's it, that's the whole show.
And if there's one time of year that couples like to fight about minor things that don't have any major consequence in the real world, it's Christmas.
Potential points of argument include: the number of available desserts, the creaminess of the mash, and Gavin prioritising anything over Stacey.
3. Someone will announce a pregnancy
And it will probably be Stacey.
Or Nessa, again - but honestly, we wouldn't wish such a travesty on her.
Not for the second time. Not like this.
4. Pam will go vegetarian - again
Or, seeing as we're a whole nine years into the future, vegan.
Back when Gavin & Stacey first aired, Gavin's mum decided that she wanted to impress Stacey's family by pretending to be vegetarian.

6. Gwen will make a Christmas omelette
Featuring turkey and stuffing, naturally.

For those of you who aren't familiar, the fishing trip is a recurring joke (and horror) involving cousin Jason, Bryn, and a fishing trip that for some reason, went awry.
Why? Who knows. What occurred? Not a clue.
But maybe tonight's the night. Who can say for sure?
The Gavin & Stacey Christmas special airs tonight on BBC One.Why are Australia in Eurovision and what happens if they win?
The Aussie contestant is currently one of the favourites to win Eurovision is back this week, and the show is as controversial as ever. Europe’s annual talent show has never been without its political aspects, with the voting system repeatedly exposing relations between different countries. However, in recent years, Eurovision has become even more scrutinised, […]
