The X Factor will be burned to a crisp with the amount of fire it’s come under this year.
The latest fix claims revolve around this weekend’s sing-off between Nick Grimshaw’s act Che Chesterman, and Simon Cowell’s Anton.
The pair landed in the bottom two, meaning they would have to sing for their supper before the judges decide who to send home.
Although Simon unsurprisingly chose to save his own act, Anton, viewers are convinced they heard him tell the other judges to save Che, meaning his act would be going home.
When it came to voting, the other members of the panel – Cheryl Fernandez-Versini, Rita Ora and Nick Grimshaw – all chose to save Che and Anton did indeed leave the competition.
Twitter users were quick to air their suspicions on the social media site:
I’m sure after they sung you heard Simon tell the other judges to vote Che?

@TheXFactor can’t believe I could clearly hear Simon Cowell telling the other judge to save Che Chesterman. Out of order.
