While we were all glued to the Toy Show on Friday night, over on BBC, The Graham Norton Show had kicked off in style.

With another fantastic line-up including Johnny Depp, Benedict Cumberbatch, James McAvoy, Daniel Radcliffe and The Corrs, there were some truly fantastic moments on the night, but none topped this emotional Johnny Depp interview.

The Pirates of the Caribbean actor spoke about his visits to schools and hospitals dressed as the famous Jack Sparrow, and what he says is pretty incredible.

Just when we thought we couldn’t love him any more than we already do…
