Tonight’s broadcast of the weather was a little interrupted.
While many of us go trick or treating or stay in and watch Hocus Pocus for the millionth time, there are few people who still have to work this evening.
One woman who was working this Halloween night was TG4 presenter Caitlin Ni Aodha.
The Gaelgóir was presenting the weather forecast, predicting winds and clouds in some places when suddenly, she was struck by lightning in studio and disappeared.
After Caitlin was zapped, the screen turns blank before the message arrives saying “Fan Linn”.

Considering Caitlin made an appearance on TV as a genie floating on a magic carpet, we’re sure she’s still alive and well after her short meeting with a zap of lightning.
