Sixteen-year-old Molly Sterling from Puckane in Tipperary will represent the hopes of the nation in the song contest this year with her track Playing With Numbers.
Ireland is Eurovision’s most successful country, having won the competition a record seven times – but our last victory was way back in 1996. Molly Sterling was born in 1999.
