If you missed last night’s Rose of Tralee broadcast, then you will have missed Dáithi Ó Sé taking part in the Ice Bucket Challenge.
After being nominated by his mother-in-law, and checking with health and safety guidelines, the host decided to do his bit to raise awareness for Motor Neurone Disease live on air.
Before taking the plunge, he nominated three former presenters of the event to complete the challenge – Ray D’Arcy, Ryan Tubridy and Marty Whelan.
While it may not have topped last year’s proposal, we say fair play Dáithi and we cannot wait to see if the other three step up to the mark!
