Two new Islanders are reportedly joining the Love Island villa – after two couples were dumped from the show.
Jourdan Riane and Danny Williams left the show last night [July 8], and another pair – Amy and Curtis, or Lucie and George – are expected to leave tonight.
Amy Hart is also said to have left the villa after her romance with Curtis Pritchard came to an end.
Now, it looks like the villa will be shaken up again with two new bombshells reportedly making their Love Island debut tonight.
A source told The Sun:
“Two girls is the plan, but they have two boys on standby at the minute. No decision has been made yet. “
It is not clear whether the new Islanders will make their debut actually during the episode, or if they will be introduced in a preview for Wednesday night’s episode.
It comes as the double-dumping, which kicked off on Monday night, will continue into tonight’s episode – with the Islanders having to decide which of the final two couples should go home.
Following Danny and Jourdan’s exit, Tommy received a text delivering the brutal news.
He read out:
“One more couple will be dumped, the other couple will remain in the villa.
“The couple which stays and couple that is dumped will be decided by your fellow Islanders.”
The “out of the blue” double-dumping is said to have caught the entire villa by surprise, with a source telling The Sun that filming carried on until around 3am.
The insider continued:
“The Islanders are all shellshocked after the dumping which went on until the early hours of the morning.
“It’s everyone’s worst nightmare and came completely out of the blue as they celebrated Anna’s birthday.”
- Love Island continues on Virgin Media Two tonight at 9pm.
