TV3 has announced that it will be launching a new show called Life to fill the evening slot previously filled by Coronation Street and Emmerdale.
The broadcaster suffered a blow earlier this month when newly-launched UTV Ireland took over transmission of the popular soaps but has vowed to counter the move by concentrating on homegrown productions, including new soap Red Rock.
Fronted by Sybil Mulcahy and Micheal Ryan, Life will feature “ordinary people, extraordinary stories” and will go live five nights a week at 7.30pm.
The show will be launched on February 18th and is expected to be a mix of live studio interviews and human interest features.
So we are nearly there folks, TV3’s new Life show kicks off on Feb 18th with @sybilmulcahy and @MichaelRyanTV3 and lots of quirky stories!
