Get ready for some serious nostalgia ladies, because one of your favourite childhood characters is making a comeback.
Tracy Beaker is returning to our screens for the first time is SIX YEARS, for a once off special.
Dani Harmer, who played Tracy, will be returning to CBBC on 7th December for spin-off The Dumping Ground.
Eastenders and Coronation Street star Michelle Collins will also be appearing in the spin off.
And to be quite honest, we can’t bloody wait!
Dani Harmer, who has just turned 30, has previously opened up about what life is like now, as a working mum.
“You don’t realise when you have your first child how difficult trying to find child care is, it’s crazy, especially with a job like mine.”
“It definitely takes an army.”
“We all pitch in and it’s sometimes a bit like pass the baby but luckily she loves her family and it actually helps her development.”
She also spoke about what life is like having played such an iconic character, like Tracy Beaker.
“I do have the odd occasion where people actually think I am Tracy Beaker in real life and the whole thing is real.”
“And I just put it down to the fact that we really did a great job on that programme.”
