Tracy Barlow threatens to cut off Tyler’s genitals due to Amy’s pregnancy situation

About a month or so ago, Amy Barlow announced to her family, friends, and the rest of Weatherfield that she is, in fact, pregnant. The 14-year-old is carrying Tyler's baby much to the distress and disdain of most people she knows - because Tyler is not exactly daddy material. And also she's 14. This week, Amy will be visited by the police and asked about her sexual relationship with Tyler, due to the fact that she is so young and therefore cannot legally give consent. But the prospect of the authorities getting involved isn't good enough for Tracy and she decides to threaten the dad-to-be herself - with a pair of pliers pointed directly at his genitals. Lovely. The pair meet as Tracy tries to convince Tyler to leave Weatherfield for good, even offering him a cool five grand if he'll up and leave them all alone. He isn't too interested in her proposal though and instead argues: "It doesn't seem like much not to see your kid again. Maybe I want to it. Maybe I wanna be a dad!" Yeah alright man, whatever you say. Tracy's having none of it though and pointing her weapon at the teenager's crotch saying: "You step anywhere near my daughter again and I'll make sure you've got zero chance of ever getting anyone pregnant again." All of this is of course happening while Amy and Steve watch on intently across the road too. Which is, yeah, fair enough, we guess. Coronation Street continues tonight at 7.30pm and 8.30pm on Virgin Media One.
