Tom Jones didn’t hold back with his latest comments about The BBC

Yikes!

Yikes!

In 2015 Tom Jones was sensationally dropped from The Voice a day before the BBC announced the line-up for the new series. He was under the impression that he would be returning but last minute found out that he would not be a judge.

At the time he openly spoke about how he was mistreated.

But now he’s opened up in a recent interview and said exactly how he felt, describing the decision by the BBC as a “kick in the b*llocks”.

According to The Telegraph, he was speaking about the whole situation with Radio Times Magazine when he said:

“I was p*ssed off. I never got to the bottom of who made the decision. It was between the production company Wall To Wall and the BBC, and I still don’t know why.”

He then went on to speak about how he reacted:

“The first thing I thought was, “Why have they left it so late in the day?” When we got the call, we said, “When did you make this decision?” “Yesterday. And we’re going to give it to the press tomorrow” Oh, that’s nice!’

Well of course that’s a kick in the b*llocks. When I used to work in factories or on a building site, you’d get a week’s notice at least!

They don’t call you up the day before and say, “Sorry, don’t come in tomorrow.” You don’t make a decision like that overnight.”

Now that the show has moved to ITV from The BBC Tom will be back once more. He’ll be joined by Will.i.am and new judges Jennifer Hudson and Gavin Rossdale.
