This season of Love Island has been full of shapes.
We’re talking about the love triangle kind of shapes, of course.
There was Lucie-Joe-Tommy. Molly-Mae-Tommy-Maura. Danny-Arabella-Yewande. Lucie-Molly-Mae-Tommy (for like, two days).
And considering we’re just over the halfway mark of this season, that’s a lot.
But it looks like there’s going to be another love triangle emerging on Love Island tonight as Anna is left torn between Ovie and Jordan.
In case you need a refresher: Anna and Jordan were coupled up before she left for Casa Amor and, by all accounts, things seemed to be going pretty well for them.
But then Anna’s head was turned when she met Ovie in Casa Amor – and she decided to bring him back to the main villa, rather than coupling up again with Jordan.
However, Jordan was standing by himself by the fire pit – deciding that he rather couple with Anna – and that’s when things got awkward.
Since she returned to the main villa with Ovie, Jordan picked up on the fact that Anna may still have feelings for him – despite her having recouple.
And when he tells the boys he feels “the chemistry is still there,” they encourage him to pursue a romantic relationship with her.
Jordan reflects in the Beach Hut about his next move, saying:
“I always back myself but it’s good to know the boys are backing my decision. It was good to get the go-ahead from them as well.”
He pulls Anna for a chat later that evening, admitting to her that he missed her while she was away.
Anna tells him:
“I feel like I did miss you but I didn’t realise how much I missed you or how much I liked you until I saw you.
“It’s now really hard for me to see you. But it seems like it’s really easy for you.”
Jordan tries to reassure her that he still has feelings for her, insisting it isn’t easy for him to see her around the villa.
He tells her:
“Why did you think I came to cuddle you in the bedroom today? I wanted to give you a cuddle and make sure you were alright.
“When you were gone it made me realise how much I actually liked you.”
When Anna questions him on whether he wants to crack on with anyone else, he continues:
“I wanted to prove you wrong and prove that I did like you. I don’t say things if I don’t mean it.”
Anna tells him she’s “surprised” at how he acted, and how much it turns out he actually liked her.
However, Jordan isn’t the only one who has picked up that Anna may still have feelings for him – Ovie has, too.
Keen to find out where her head is at, he asks her:
“I just want to know what’s going on in your mind. What are you thinking?”
Anna admits it felt weird” for her to come back with Ovie, while Jordan remained single.
She continues:
“I was shocked. I felt really bad. I did like him and I can’t switch it off just like that.”
Ovie replies:
“Since I’ve met you, we’ve just really got along. I feel like since you’ve got back and seen him, your whole energy changed.”
Anna tells him her mind “is just a bit confused” right now – but who will Anna decide to continue her Love Island journey with?
