The Star Wars cast did the sweetest thing after filming in Cork

So the Star Wars crew are legends.  The Star Wars cast and crew have been spotted around Donegal, Dingle and Cork the last few weeks filming the next installment in the series. They've been taking in the sights and spending time around the various locations outside of filming. It's safe to say everyone was delighted to have them here and would welcome them back in a heartbeat. But we never expected them to feel the same way. They've shown their appreciation in the sweetest way ever. They took out a full-page advert in the Irish Examiner to say thank you. The ad said:

"Lucasfilm and the Cast and Crew of the 8th installment of the Star Wars saga would like to thank the people of Crookhaven, Goleen and the Brow Head Peninsula for the warm welcome we have received throughout our location shoot here in West Cork. "We have been captivated by the landscape of the Wild Atlantic Way, it has provided a spectacular backdrop for our story. "The tireless commitment of our Irish Crew, the enthusiasm and support of the people of West Cork have made our Irish adventure one we will always treasure. "Go mbeidh an fórsa leat!! - May the force be with you!!"
