The supporting acts for Guns N’ Roses at Slane have been announced

Excitement for the concert has just been cranked up…

Guns N’ Roses are one of the biggest rock bands from the late ’80s and ’90s after their debut album Appetite for Destruction propelled them into super-stardom.

While the original Guns N’ Roses fell apart four albums later, beginning a hiatus of almost two decades, Axl Rose kept the band going at various stages with interchanging band members.

But now, Slash and Duff McKagan have returned for a reunion tour which saw the rock stars playing in Coachella earlier last year.

The band confirmed months ago that they will play at Slane Castle on May 27, a whopping 25 years after they last played there in 1992.

But today it was announced that they will be backed up on the night by Royal Blood, Mark Lanegan and Otherkin.

It promises to be a seriously good concert in Slane.
