Robin has had to pull out of the upcoming series of Strictly Come Dancing due to a back injury.
Robin will be replaced by Australian dancer Trent Whiddon who has appeared on similar shows in both Australia and the US.
Speaking about the new role, he revealed: “I am so excited to have been asked to join Strictly. It’s such an honour to be a part of the show and I can’t wait to step onto the famous Strictly dancefloor”.
While he is the latest, Robin isn't the only male professional dancer who won't be returning this autumn. Artem Chigvintsev and James Jordan have also left the show.Entertainment
