Open auditions for Star Wars: Episode VII are to take place in Ireland and the UK, the BBC has learned.
According to the casting notice that was shared by @ukopencall on Twitter, they’re looking for two actors to fill two leading roles.
Disney are searching for a female actress to play a 17 -18 year old who “must be beautiful, smart and athletic” and a man to play a 19 – 23 year old who must be “handsome, smart and athletic.”
Those auditioning for the female role must be over 16 and males must be over 18.
The Irish auditions will take place on November 23rd and 24th at Filmbase in Dublin 2.

Disney bought Lucasfilm, the production company behind the Star Wars franchise in October of last year.
Shooting for Star Wars: Episode VII is set to begin at Pinewood Studios in early 2014, with an expected 2015 release.
