Did you spot Beyoncé proving yet again why she’s Queen Bey at the Golden Globes last night?

Beyoncé isn't a person, it's an energy.

Never forget the time that a fan said to Beyoncé "you are Beyoncé" to which she replied "thank you". I mean, it was a mood in 2017 and it's still a mood today. In fact, Beyoncé is only becoming more Beyoncé by the day and last night at the Golden Globes awards she proved it yet again by a moment that was caught on camera. If you were watching the show last night you might have spotted the moment the camera turned to Joaquin Phoenix for winning best performance by an actor in a motion picture - drama. The crowd stood up to praise the actor for his incredible work as the Joker in Joker. Fellow actors clapped during the standing ovation expect for one star who remained seated. Clapping from her seat (on the same table as Joaquin) was in fact, Queen Bey.

Was she not a Joker fan? Perhaps, but the star stayed true to her "I do as I please" energy, arriving an hour late to the event with her husband, Jay-Z and choosing not to walk the red carpet. Beyoncé recently spoke to ELLE admitting that the older she becomes the more she values herself and her ability to say no.

"There were things in my career that I did because I didn’t understand that I could say no. We all have more power than we realise," she told the publication.
