There’s a long and difficult road ahead for EastEnders character Kim Fox as a new storyline is set to cause heartbreak for her.
According to Digital Spy, Kim – played by Tameka Empson – will go into premature labour in the coming months.

Kim came back to Albert Square over Christmas and revealed she was pregnant to her shocked sister Denise.
Now though, it seems as it will be a rocky road ahead for her as it remains to be seen whether her baby girl will survive or not.
