Spoiler Alert: Is This The Untimely End For One Summer Bay Favourite?

Things are set to go from bad to worse for Kyle Braxton, when his health takes a rapid downturn in an upcoming storyline. Kyle will be seen fighting for his life, while Nate Cooper tries to defend his decisions in emotional scenes set to air on the soap. Kyle’s health has been deteriorating ever since he was beaten up by fellow gamblers, but the situation will escalate later this month when he gets an infection. While Kyle’s health hands in the balance, all attention will turn to Nate Cooper – who will have to fight to keep his job when he is reported for medical negligence for taking Kyle’s  stitches out at home and failing to do the necessary blood tests. While Nate is under pressure from the stress of disciplinary measures, Kyle’s hospital room machines start buzzing… sending doctors into panic. Nate later explains to Phoebe and Ricky that Kyle has had an allergic reaction to the dialysis and has lost nearly all of his kidney function.
