Dean Wicks is one of EastEnders’ most controversial characters in recent years but it appears he might finally be getting what he deserves.
According to The Mirror, Matt Di Angelo is leaving Albert Square but not before “getting his comeuppance.”
Show bosses have not yet commented on the speculation however producer Dominic Treadwell-Collins previously revealed that there will be a big climax at the end of the year.

He told The Sun: ” Ultimately, neither Ronnie nor Mick wants Dean in Walford, and Ronnie is saying, ‘Come on, we shouldn’t have Dean around anymore’.
“It is hard that Dean’s still around, and I know we’ve had criticism, but these things aren’t just tied up…
“In reality, Mick and Linda would have to get on with their life with Dean across the road. We have storylined the climax to that for the end of the year.”

As fans of the BBC One soap will know, Dean still hasn’t been punished for raping Linda Carter and his relationship with Roxy Mitchell has taken a turn for the worst.
The character left the show back in 2007 but returned last year. Let’s just say, his exit can’t come soon enough!
