Sophie Turner has picked her first bridesmaid… and she’s very familiar

It will be a family affair.

Sophie Turner announced her engagement to Joe Jonas back in October of last year, however, since then we haven’t heard a whole lot about the pair’s plans for the big day… until now. One of Sophie’s bridesmaids has let slip that she’s earned her spot on the bridal squad. Sophie’s Game of Thrones co-star and ultimate BFF Maisie Williams has revealed that she’ll be standing next to the actress on her big day.

“I’ve already got it [a bridesmaid spot],” she told Radio Times.

Yes, the pair are a regular feature on each other's social media and often refer to each other as sisters so it’s really not much of a surprise that Maisie would have been asked to be Sophie’s bridesmaid. No date has been set for Sophie and Joe’s big day as of yet, and Maisie says they’re holding off until Game of Thrones is finished.

“We’re waiting until this season’s done until we get into any of that but I think she’s already let her little heart wander and imagine,” Maisie said.

Going by Sophie and Joe’s personal style, we’re sure the big day will be all sorts of glam.
