We love wondering 'where are they now?'

Is there anything better than checking up on your favourite child actors? There are certain faces you grow up with and it's always unnerving but fascinating to see where those not-so-little faces are now. At Christmas, Kevin from Home Alone (Macaulay Culkin) is a pretty common one and we all know what he looks like at this stage. But what about little Sophie from The Holiday? She was literally made for a Christmas movie - lispy and cute with an adorable English accent, she must be one our favourite movie kids of all time. But where is she now? Well, in the 11 years since the film was released (yes, really), the girl who played her, Miffy Englefield (best name ever), has grown up a lot. Miffy, who was just seven at the time of filming, is now 18. On her Instagram page, she describes herself as a 'rowdy musical thing living in Folkestone, Kent' and  'short, loud and mostly ridiculous'. She doesn't appear to have kept up her film career - instead, she seems pretty in to music. Can't say we ever imagined little Sophie as a punk but it's great to see Miffy's still performing.
