We can’t believe this.

The X Factor is no stranger to criticism but this year it’s gotten even more backlash than other years because of the final 12 selection.

Many people were unimpressed by the fact that acts like Bratavio were selected over more talented contestants.

But the person causing the most talk is definitely rapper Honey G.

Viewers were outraged when Sharon Osbourne chose Honey G at judges house over talented singers like Janet Grogan and Samantha Atkinson.

The judge appeared on Good Morning Britain with her three finalists to defend her decision.

When presenter Richard Arnold asked her about why she picked Honey G, she said:

“Hand on heart it’s about entertaining people and Honey G whether you love her or you don’t love her entertains. She has her own unique way of rapping and people want to see more.

“Whether they say they don’t… they do.”

Honey G herself also chimed in to talk about the ‘haters’ saying:

“Obviously there are going to be haters everywhere you go – even people very, very famous have haters.

“I see the haters poppin’ and I don’t really take any notice of them.

“They just need to check themselves.”

The live shows start on Saturday night at 8pm.
