The British Soap Awards 2015 – UTV Ireland (8.00pm)

Phillip Schofield hosts the annual ceremony which celebrates the best in British soap including EastEnders, Coronation Street and Emmerdale.

Eurovision Song Contest Semi-Final 2015 – RTÉ 2 (8.00pm)

A further 17 acts, including Ireland’s entry Molly Sterling, take to the stage in the hope of progressing to Saturday’s grand final.
