Robbie Williams has revealed he’s been rejected by Carpool Karaoke

We think James Corden and Robbie Williams would be a matchmade in heaven.

We've seen many stars on Carpool Karaoke, with favourites like Madonna and Lady Gaga setting the bar so high for singers still yet to come on the segment of The Late Late Show with James Corden. The latest star to appear in the passenger seat of James' car is Bruno Mars, who absolutely smashed his time with the British talk show host. One singer who doesn't look like he'll be following in Bruno Mars' footsteps anytime soon is Robbie Williams. The 42-year-old Rock Dj revealed to The Daily Star that his application for the segment seems to have been rejected or ignored. Despite having 7 UK number 1 singles, Robbie confessed that he's still waiting to hear from James about his future spot on the show.

"James hasn't got back to me about doing Carpool Karaoke yet...

"I suppose you have to be famous in America to do Carpool. I'm not famous there. I'm yet to tick that box... It does need to happen."

WHAT? James Corden, if you're reading this, get to your senses man! Just imagine how good the two of them performing a tune like this would be?
