Remember X Factor’s Craig Colton? He’s all grown up now

Remember him?

As X Factor fans will know, Craig Colton made it to week seven of the reality TV singing competition in 2011. He made an appearance on Loose Women today and honestly, I had to look twice before I recognised him. Craig, who's now aged 27, always had great hair and now he has a serious beard too. To coincide with the return of the X Factor, Craig joined the Loose Women ladies including Jamelia and Colleen Nolan, to chat about his time on the popular singing competition. The Liverpool native has lost four stone since his stint on the reality TV show and speaking to the Loose Women panellists, he said:

"I lost too much and I became ill. I didn't want to be that person. Right about now I've lost about four stone. I got down to 12 stone and for someone who is this tall I looked gaunt. "You become so obsessed that you don't know what you're doing anymore, and you wake up thinking what am I gonna eat or not eat". https://youtu.be/2hmPNSKfyIA

He also advised against becoming too thin and obsessing over weight loss, explaining that this happened to him.

"I lost too much and I became a little bit ill. I became so into it [losing weight] that I started to count things, and become THAT person".

Craig is still gigging too and described how he still experiences major nerves when it comes to performing. "I did a gig on Saturday and I was absolutely terrified". Main image via ITV and YouTube
