Mae Whitman is being tipped as one of the most promising rising stars in Hollywood but as it turns out, she’s a seasoned performer.
The actress, who is the lead in comedy flick The DUFF (it’s hilarious by the way), has been in loads of stuff. Like, loads of really cool stuff.
First off, she played the President’s daughter in Independence Day (however she has not been recast in the role for the sequel, much to the disgust of Anna Kendrick who tweeted “What the actual f**k?” when she heard the news).
Just when we thought ‘no way, we did not know that!’, we realised that she was also the cute little kid in One Fine Day starring Michelle Pfeiffer and George Clooney.
As if that isn’t enough to blow your mind, it turns out she was in an episode of Friends. She sold the cookies in ‘The One Where Rachel Quits.’
