After a couple of days of happy families and a shock departure by Jack Maynard, we were all very much looking forward to seeing who’d be joining the I’m A Celebrity camp.
Those of us who are long-time fans of the show – or just long-time fans of certain memes – were expecting to see one celeb in particular don the cowboy hat again.
“GEM-MA, GEM-MA, GEM-MA,” we chanted silently to ourselves, when Ant and Dec announced the two new arrivals.
Sadly, it wasn’t to be and we got radio DJ Iain Lee and Labour MP Kecia Dugdale instead.
