Prime Facie announces UK and Ireland tour
Prima Facie is embarking on a UK and Ireland tour in 2026 – and this is how to get tickets.
Jodie Comer will return to her Tony Award-winning role in Suzie Miller’s play for its first ever tour.
Comer said: “It is a huge privilege to return to Prima Facie for one last time and take this important play on tour across the UK and Ireland. The resonance of Suzie Miller’s writing, both in London and New York, exceeded anything we could have imagined.”
The tour will begin on 23 January in Richmond and head to Dublin, Edinburgh, Cardiff, York and Bath.
Other cities on the UK and Ireland tour include Canterbury, Birmingham and a final fun in Comer’s hometown of Liverpool between 17-21 March.
“I’m so thrilled to have the opportunity to get the team back together and take the production to theatres around the country, including my hometown of Liverpool. On a personal note, I can’t think of a better finale to what has been such an incredible and deeply rewarding chapter in my life,” Comer added.
The one-woman play follows Tessa, a young barrister who’s worked her way up from working class origins to be at the top of her game: defending, cross examining and winning.
But an unexpected event forces her to confront the lines where the patriarchal power of the law, burden of proof and morals diverge.
Following its premiere in the West End in 2022 the show received critical acclaim, winning two Laurence Olivier Awards including Best Actress for Comer.
It transferred to Broadway to similar success, with the Killing Eve actress winning the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Play.

When do Prima Facie tickets go on sale?
It’s been confirmed that they’ll be released from 10am GMT on Tuesday, 25 March.
