We’re sure Olly Murs is not sorry to see the back of this weekend’s live shows…
X Factor fans are calling for Dermot O’ Leary to be reinstated as the presenter of the live shows after the Troublemaker singer’s infamous screw up on Sunday night’s show.
Dermot took to Twitter to ensure Olly that it happens to everyone after he accidentally revealed that Monica Michael was leaving the show before they had heard the results of the public vote.
Dermot wrote: “Hey @ollyofficial Ahoy my friend. Keep that head up. Happens to us all. X” and later added, “Didn’t see the show tonight,but live TV is a tricky old beast at times. After this weekend… perhaps some sense of context should prevail.”
However, fans of the show weren’t so forgiving, with many viewers taking to Twitter and calling for Simon Cowell to sack Olly and his co-star Caroline in favour of Dermot.
